Pine Needles & Mid Pines ranked “North Carolina’s Best Golf Courses”

We are pleased to announce that Pine Needles and Mid Pines golf courses have been ranked in the latest issue of Business North Carolina as two of the top courses in North Carolina.

Pine Needles was ranked 3rd in “North Carolina’s Best Golf Courses” while Mid Pines was ranked 29th.

Congratulations to both courses for these phenomenal rankings!  We hope to see you soon.

  • Pine Needles and Mid Pines Resorts recently moved up 17 slots from #47 to an impressive #30 on Golf Digest’s “75 Best Golf Resorts in North America.” Golf Courses throughout the Unites States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean were all included in this arard. In addition to the increase, we are also the best value on the list!
  • Golf for Women recently published their “Top 50 Courses for Women” list. Every aspect of the golfing experience from course design and aesthetics to practice facilities and staff all attributed to Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club’s #2 slot.
  • Travel and Leisure recently administered a survey to affluent, passionate golf travelers who are in search of the very best golfing experiences. Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club was awarded “World’s Best Golf Resort” by this discerning group. In addition, it was also rated the “Most Underrated Golf Resort in the Southeast.”
  • Peggy Kirk Bell was once again awarded the grand honor of one of America’s “Top 100 Golf Instructors” according to Golf Magazine.
  • Golf Magazine has listed its 3rd biennial list of “Top25 Golf Schools in the US.” Congratulations once again to Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club for making the list every year it has been release since 1999. More than 4,500 golf school alumni completed the surveys about their golf instruction experiences both good and bad to arrive at this list
