Children’s Rates: Children accompanied by two full-rate adults may pay $50.00 per child per night (10-15 years old); $30.00 per child per night (5-9 years old); and no charge (0-4 years old). These rates include up to but no more than two meals daily (the child would follow the same meal plan as the accompanying adults). Children’s rates are subject to Resort Fee and Taxes. If a child is accompanied by just one adult, the adult is charged the single rate. Children’s rates are not commissionable to travel agents. Golf fees are complimentary for children under 17 years old when accompanied by an adult paying full golf rate. Unaccompanied children under 17 pay half the posted season rate.
Reservations: The packages listed are per person, per night, based on double occupancy, in Deluxe Room Accommodations. Rates are subject to a 15% resort fee on the total package. The resort fee includes the following: food & beverage gratuity, use of the practice facilities, range balls, the four hole practice loop at Pine Needles, outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts, ground transportation throughout Mid Pines and Pine Needles, USA Today, Starbucks coffee in the restaurants, club storage and storage. Packages are also subject to sales tax and room tax where applicable. Room upgrades available at additional cost. Single occupancy is available upon request. Our Golf Packages require a minimum two-night stay. Packages begin with golf and dinner on arrival and end with breakfast and golf on departure.
To guarantee your room reservation, an advance deposit of one night’s lodging per person is required. This deposit is applied to the last night of your scheduled stay; early departure will result in forfeiture of deposit. Payment is due upon checkout. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Blanche, Diner’s Club, Discover, check or cash are accepted.
Cancellations: All cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $50 per person handling fee. Reservations cancelled or changed within 30 – 3 days of arrival (including early departure or late arrival) will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the total amount for the entire stay.
